Tuesday has educated more than 3,000 aspiring entrepreneurs and has developed strong relationships with community-based organizations and government agencies that provide technical assistance to entrepreneurs and freelancers primarily through one-to-one coaching, workshops, and business curriculum development. Tuesday is a frequently sought panel presenter and workshop facilitator and has been honored multiple years as a Best For New York Changemaker. She sits on the board of several community-based organizations that promote arts or education. Tuesday holds a Master of Business Administration from Metropolitan College of New York in Media Management, Master of Arts degree from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Binghamton University. Her financial management firm, AJOY, specializes in ventures in media, sports, arts, entertainment, beauty, fashion, wellness, and professional services. AJOY is certified M/WBE, DBE, SBE, EBE, EDWOSB, and SDVOSB and provides technical assistance to business owners seeking to successfully attain certification for their company as well. Tuesday is a native New Yorker who enjoys physical fitness, dancing, live music, and boating.

Managing Partner at Vanguarde Consulting Group, Khalilah Angela Webster is an accomplished entrepreneur, media professional, and managing partner of (2) education consulting firms and an emerging digital agency. She is also a certified instructor in Entrepreneurship by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation (FastTrac New Venture and Growth Venture Programs).

Khalilah’s broad professional background enables her to be an exceptional “connector,” networker, and creative marketing strategist who delivers both impact and results for clients across a variety of professional sectors. Khalilah is also a dynamic writer and passionate communicator regarding the “Business-Life Balance” among women entrepreneurs. Her first book, #SHEWINS is a practical step-by-step guide for increasing the capacity of the modern-day “womanpreneurs” to “win” in every arena– achieving maximum fulfillment and satisfaction in their personal and professional lives.

Today, Khalilah remains active across a number of passion areas including nonprofit management, youth development, and media production—each of which continues to fuel her professional growth and expanded range of expertise. She is presently Board Chair for Young Life Bedford-Stuyvesant (Brooklyn, NY) and is the Co-Founder of a tech-education enrichment services provider for the Department of Education (www.odaep.org). In this role, Khalilah oversees the delivery of Technology, Entrepreneurship, Arts, & Media programs (T.E.A.M. Up!) to more than 70 schools and 10,000 students nationwide (since 2002).
