Alain is a native New Yorker and former software engineer with an MBA in Corporate Strategy and International Business. He is a founding member of multiple consulting practices and startups across the United States and in the Caribbean and Latin America.

Alain spent twenty-five years in Corporate America delivering large-scale business solutions for some of the world’s most powerful brands ranging from Fortune 500 software companies

to financial institutions, crisis and emergency management firms, entertainment conglomerates, healthcare corporations, and local governments.

Combined with his applied knowledge and expertise, Alain is a thought leader on how Industry 4.0 technology can help marginalized communities solve their toughest challenges in the years to come, including growth, innovation, job creation, and productivity.

Alain was born in Queens, New York and raised by Haitian-immigrant parents. He is an Ambassador for Globalize Accelerator and serves on the Board of Directors at The Haitian Roundtable, Center for Caribbean Resilience and Sustainability, and Gentlemen’s Factory, a membership institution advancing men of color around the globe.

Alain completed his MBA with The Ross School of Business at University of Michigan, earned his bachelor’s in Computer Science at Rochester Institute of Technology, and is a Brooklyn Technical High School alumni. He earned continuing education certificates from MIT, Kellogg, and Insead. Alain resides in Fort Greene, Brooklyn with his wife and daughter.
